Organizational Transformation through Film Making

GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research successfully organised a Faculty Empowerment Program on 29th January 2026 on the theme "Organizational Transformation through Film Making."

The session offered faculty members a refreshing and insightful experience, exploring how storytelling and cinema can become powerful tools for learning, leadership, and change. Participants gained hands-on exposure to the technicalities of content creation, while discovering how AI-powered tools can support scriptwriting, ideation, structuring, and visual storytelling.

We were privileged to have Mr. Saleem Hadi, an award-winning filmmaker from Blacespice Media, Singapore, along with Ms. Dipika Mohajan, Strategic Business Partner, as our esteemed resource persons. Through his engaging and experiential approach, Mr. Hadi inspired faculty members to create short films that blend humour with strong values, making learning both meaningful and memorable.

The program was highly interactive, fun-filled, and engaging, fostering team bonding, creativity, and collaboration among participants—truly redefining professional development through creativity. ✨
