Summer Training

GLBIMR, Greater Noida has been recently awarded as “Best B-School & Outstanding Placements in North India” by Star News. Keeping our 20 years of academic excellence, we provide 100% summer placements to our PGDM students each year. PGDM students have been selected in various sectors like FMCG, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, E - Commerce, Banking & Finance, Hospitality, Service sector and many more.

On completion of first year of PGDM programme, students gain hands-on experience in the application of core concepts and functional skills.

This practice of ‘Learning by Doing’ helps the students to relate the pedagogy of theory in the world of business. Students work on projects as per the specification of the company. At the end of 6-8 weeks each student submits a Project report to the company and to the institute.

The concerned company executive normally provides feedback to the Programme Director on the student’s performance. Summer Training is an essential requirement for the award of PGDM.
