As part of the PGDM Induction Programme 2026 for the Batch 2026–2028, GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research conducted an insightful session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the Workplace, reinforcing the importance of creating safe, respectful, and inclusive professional environments.

Led by Dr. Puneet Mohan, Dr. Bhavna Bhardwaj, Dr. Yagbala Kapil, and Dr. Priyanka Sadhna, Certified POSH Practitioners, the session familiarized students with the legal framework of the POSH Act, workplace ethics, employee rights and responsibilities, and the role of the Internal Committee.

Through real-life case studies, landmark legal precedents, and engaging discussions, students gained valuable insights into fostering workplaces built on dignity, accountability, and mutual respect.
