Personal Responsibility. Professional Excellence.

GLBIMR organised a two-day workshop on ‘Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence’ on 19–20 August 2026 for the PGDM Batch 2026–28, led by Dr. Surya Narain Bahadur, Chief Happiness Officer and Advanced Training & Development Consultant.

The sessions focused on the importance of personal accountability, ownership and adaptability in today’s dynamic corporate environment. Through engaging discussions and practical perspectives, students explored ways to accelerate their professional growth and become catalysts for positive change.

Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director, GLBIMR, appreciated the enthusiasm of the participants and acknowledged the collective efforts behind the successful workshop.
