What can you offer the world that AI never can?

The PGDM Batch 2026–28 at GLBIMR explored this question through a two-day workshop on “Human Leadership in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, facilitated by Ms. Monica Jeler, Mental Health & Leadership Coach, Educator, Visual Anthropologist, Documentary Filmmaker and Founder of The Heart Solution.

Through interactive activities and reflection, students explored empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience, acceptance and genuine human connection as qualities that remain deeply human.

A parallel faculty development session, “Teaching Humans in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” encouraged educators to reflect on self-awareness, psychological safety and teaching with empathy.

The future of AI also calls for a stronger understanding of what makes us human.
