GLBIMR organised an engaging and experiential Design Thinking Workshop as part of the Entrepreneurship Course for the PGDM Batch 2026–28, conducted from 24 to 31 August 2026.

The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Arvind Deshmukh, Design Thinking Expert, who introduced students to the mindset, methodology and entrepreneurial relevance of Design Thinking.

Through interactive sessions and hands-on activities, students explored the five stages of the Design Thinking process:

Empathise | Define | Ideate | Prototype | Test

The experiential learning activities enabled students to understand user needs, identify and redefine real-world problems, generate innovative ideas, build and test prototypes, and explore how Design Thinking can lead to entrepreneurial opportunities.

The workshop brought together learning, creativity, collaboration and innovation, empowering GLBIMR students to approach challenges as creative problem-solvers and future entrepreneurs.
