GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR) proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ginny’s Planet, paving the way for a meaningful collaboration aimed at fostering inclusivity, empathy, and innovation in management education.

As part of this collaboration, a special workshop on “Empathy in Action” was conducted for the HR Specialization students of the PGDM 2024–26 Batch by Dr. Shweta Verma, Co-Founder & CEO of Ginny’s Planet.

With her inspiring leadership, Dr. Verma has positioned Ginny’s Planet at the forefront of social impact, championing values of diversity, empathy, and innovation. The session not only highlighted the role of empathy in shaping leadership and organizational culture but also provided students with practical tools to integrate empathy into HR practices.
