As part of Udaan 2026, the Induction Programme for the PGDM 2026–28 Batch, GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, under the visionary leadership of Director Dr. Sapna Rakesh, organized an insightful session on "Unlocking Potential: The Psychological Mindset Behind Corporate Excellence."

The session was led by Ms. Charu Singh, Counselling Psychologist, who encouraged students to develop a growth mindset, strengthen emotional resilience, and prioritize mental well-being alongside academic excellence.

Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, students learned practical ways to build confidence, manage stress, embrace challenges, and stay focused on their personal and professional goals.
