Self-awareness is the foundation of effective leadership.

As part of the Udaan 2026 Induction Programme, GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research conducted a Psychometric Assessment Session for the PGDM 2026–28 Batch to help students discover their personality traits, behavioural preferences, communication styles, and leadership potential.

Using scientifically validated assessment tools, students gained valuable insights into their decision-making styles, inherent strengths, and areas for growth. The session encouraged reflection and empowered future managers to make informed personal and professional development choices.

Director Dr. Sapna Rakesh congratulated the students for their enthusiastic participation and encouraged them to leverage their unique strengths to become responsible and impactful leaders. Dr. Priyanka Sadhna appreciated the collective efforts of the faculty facilitators and students for their dedication, teamwork, and active participation in making the session a success.
