GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research conducted an insightful session on ‘Mastering Image Management and Corporate Etiquette’ on 6 August 2026, led by Dr. Rita Gangwani, Personality Transformation & Executive Presence Coach.

The session introduced students to the power of image management and its role in shaping professional success. Through practical examples and engaging interactions, students explored how appearance, body language, communication style, digital presence and interpersonal behaviour collectively influence how they are perceived in the professional world.

Because becoming a successful manager isn’t just about what you know—it’s also about how you present, communicate and connect.

The session was coordinated by Dr. Bhavna Bhardwaj, Ms. Akshita Garg, Ms. Heena Kumari and Dr. Priyanka Sadhna, who also extended a vote of thanks to all associated stakeholders.
