Empowering Educators for an AI-Driven Future!

GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR), Greater Noida, successfully conducted a Two-Day Faculty Development Programme on 3rd & 4th July 2026 titled "The Future Faculty: AI Skills & Classroom Applications for Modern Educators."

Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director, GLBIMR, the programme equipped faculty members with practical AI skills to transform teaching, research, academic productivity, and institutional excellence.

Led by Mr. Sumit Gulati, Founder of FINEXCELACADEMY and 8DUZITE Learning & Consultant, the sessions offered hands-on exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI-powered research tools, workflow automation, AI agents, data analysis, presentation design, and emerging AI applications shaping the future of higher education.

Through interactive workshops, live demonstrations, and experiential learning, participants gained valuable insights into integrating AI into classrooms, research, assessments, and academic administration.

The programme concluded with a Certificate Distribution Ceremony, recognizing the enthusiasm and commitment of faculty members towards continuous learning and innovation.
