Brief Profile:

Ms. Heena Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the area of Communication & Soft Skills at G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management and Research. She holds an MBA from Sharda University and has professional experience in communication training, soft skills, interview preparation, and employability development.

Prior to joining GLBIMR, she worked with renowned EdTech platforms and training organizations, including Apna College, MentorKart, and others. She has delivered training programs for students and professionals across leading institutions, including IILM University Gurugram, Delhi University, Amity University, and Sharda University, focusing on communication, soft skills, and professional development. She has also trained professionals from organizations such as PNB MetLife, SBI, and HDFC.

In addition to classroom training, she has extensive experience in content development and course creation. She has developed courses and learning content related to communication, soft skills, interview preparation, and verbal ability for platforms such as Acefluence, Curiotry, Apna College, and Uninterrupted English. She has also trained SSB aspirants in communication and verbal ability, helping them strengthen their language proficiency, confidence, and overall communication skills.
