HR Role Play Competition | HR Conclave 2026

When HR concepts move beyond the classroom, learning gets real.

As part of HR Conclave 2026, PGDM 2025–27 students specialising in HR stepped into real-world workplace situations and took on the role of future HR professionals.

From navigating workplace challenges to making decisions, solving problems and communicating with impact, the competition put their HR knowledge, confidence, creativity and managerial acumen to the test.

A hands-on experience that turned concepts into conversations, challenges into solutions, and students into future-ready HR professionals.

👏 Kudos to all the participants for bringing energy, preparation and perspective to the stage!
